Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on winbidi. By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Section 1
Definitions
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Reading these definitions carefully will help you understand your rights and obligations when using winbidi.

| "Account" | The registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, containing the Player's personal details, wallet balance, transaction history, and settings. |
| "Wallet Balance" | The real-money credit denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) held within a Player's Account and available for wagering or withdrawal. |
| "Bonus Balance" | Non-withdrawable promotional credit, free spins value, or matched deposit credit granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements set out in the Bonus Terms. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total aggregate amount a Player must wager before Bonus Balance converts to withdrawable Wallet Balance, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform would constitute a violation of applicable law, regulation, or licensing condition. |
| "winbidi" / "We" / "Us" | The operator of the Platform, including its directors, employees, agents, and authorised representatives. |
Section 2
Eligibility & Registration
winbidi is an adults-only platform. Access is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out below. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period you hold an active account.
You must be at least 18 years of age. winbidi operates a strict 18+ policy and conducts mandatory age verification at registration and before processing a first withdrawal.
You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on winbidi. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
All registration details — full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment method — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or third-party exclusion from winbidi or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or account use.
Employees, contractors, directors, and close family members of winbidi and its technology and game-provider partners are not permitted to hold Player accounts or participate in promotions.
Registration requires the submission of a valid mobile number (used for two-factor authentication) and a payment method registered in your own name. winbidi reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — at any stage. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed to winbidi's satisfaction.
Section 3
Account Obligations
Once registered, each Player is solely responsible for the security and activity of their Account. winbidi will treat any transaction, wager, or instruction issued from your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified winbidi of unauthorised access in writing.
- You must keep your Account password confidential and must not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to protect against unauthorised access. winbidi strongly recommends biometric or authenticator-app 2FA over SMS-based 2FA.
- You must not allow any other person to use your Account to place wagers, access funds, or benefit from any promotion associated with your Account.
- You must notify winbidi support immediately at support@winbidi if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
- You must ensure that all contact details, payment method details, and identity information held on your Account remain accurate and current. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay withdrawal processing.
- You must not use any automated script, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or software program to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly permitted by winbidi.
- You accept full responsibility for any tax obligations arising from winnings in your jurisdiction. winbidi does not withhold, calculate, or remit taxes on behalf of Players.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
winbidi processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through the payment channels listed below. The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. All deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes under standard operating conditions, subject to the verification status of the Account.
- Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. winbidi may add or remove payment channels at its discretion with prior notice to Players.
- Payment method ownership: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered exclusively in the Player's own name. Third-party payment transactions are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
- Withdrawal conditions: A Player must have completed identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, unless the Player has contacted support to update their payment method with valid documentation.
- Transaction limits: Individual withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment channel selected. Specific limits are displayed in the Account cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. winbidi reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
- Reversal of deposits: A deposit that cannot be attributed to a verified Player Account due to incorrect reference details will be held pending investigation. winbidi will make reasonable efforts to identify and credit the originating Account within 5 business days. Unresolvable deposits will be returned to the originating payment account.
- Currency conversion: All displayed balances and transactions are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform. Any conversion fees charged by the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotion Terms
winbidi offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL and IPL cricket seasons. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
- Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus credit is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable Wallet Balance. Free spin winnings are subject to a 20x wagering requirement.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate (10%–50%), as specified on the applicable promotion page.
- Bonus expiry: Bonus credit and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Unused bonus credit and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
- One bonus at a time: A Player may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus and its associated wagering progress.
- Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or spin value permitted is ৳500 unless the specific promotion terms state a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Withdrawal before completion: If a Player requests a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. The real-money balance remains withdrawable.
- Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk, creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or coordinating with other Players — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All wagers placed on winbidi — whether on sports markets, casino games, live dealer tables, or crash games — are subject to the general rules set out in this section. Game-specific rules and sportsbook market rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
- Bet acceptance: A wager is accepted and binding only once winbidi's system confirms acceptance and the corresponding amount is deducted from the Player's Wallet Balance. Bets that are submitted but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, platform errors, or insufficient balance are void.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet. winbidi reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Account at its discretion.
- Obvious errors: winbidi reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were published due to a manifest error, system fault, or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet Balance.
- Ante-post and futures markets: Bets placed on futures or ante-post markets stand regardless of withdrawals or non-participation by selections, unless a specific rule for the market states otherwise.
- Suspended markets: winbidi may suspend any betting market at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured unless the event is subsequently voided under applicable market rules.
- Game integrity: All casino games on winbidi use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems audited by independent third parties. No player action, strategy, or system can influence or predict the outcome of any RNG-based game. Outcomes are final once the game round is completed and confirmed by the system.
- Disputed results: In the event of a dispute over a game result or sports bet outcome, the winbidi system log constitutes the definitive record. Player-side screenshots or recordings will not be accepted as evidence in isolation.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
Players must use winbidi solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Registering or operating more than one Account under the same or a different identity.
- Using software bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting glitches, bugs, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be returned to winbidi.
- Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in match-fixing or placing bets based on inside information in relation to any sporting event.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary data, odds feeds, or game code from the Platform.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other IP-masking technology.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing winbidi support staff or other Players through any communication channel.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
winbidi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, winbidi may freeze Account funds pending investigation without prior notice to the Player.
Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@winbidi. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding Wallet Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification. Voluntary closure does not affect any self-exclusion request made under the Responsible Gaming policy.
- Suspension without notice: winbidi may suspend an Account immediately and without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory breach. The Player will be notified of the suspension by email or SMS within 24 hours.
- Balance following closure for breach: Where an Account is closed by winbidi due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, all Wallet Balance, Bonus Balance, and pending winnings may be forfeited in their entirety. winbidi will not be liable for any loss suffered by the Player as a result of such forfeiture.
- Reinstatement: A Player whose Account has been suspended for an identified reason unrelated to fraud or prohibited conduct may request reinstatement by submitting a formal written request to support@winbidi. winbidi will respond within 10 business days.
- Deceased account holders: In the event of a Player's death, the Player's legal representative may contact winbidi to request the return of any Wallet Balance held at the time of death, subject to provision of a certified death certificate and documentation confirming the representative's authority.
- Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked, all promotional communications will cease, and deposits will be blocked. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the elected period has fully elapsed.
